Advocate Sangeeta Pachauri strongly believes in pro bono legal service and public welfare litigation. Over the years, she has actively represented matters concerning marginalized communities, human rights, women, children, and prisoners.
- Representation during the Covid-19 Pandemic in matters related to the plight of prisoners in Madhya Pradesh jails, where the Hon’ble High Court considered applications filed on behalf of convicts and undertrial prisoners in the interest of justice.
- Filing of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) concerning children suffering from Brain Fever (Encephalitis) in the Chambal region, which was entertained by the Principal Bench at Jabalpur of the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
- Filing a PIL regarding online screening norms and censorship of sensitive matters related to women, sexual assault victims, and juveniles in conflict with law.
- Filing a recent PIL concerning the implementation and enforcement of the POSH Act at workplaces across the State of Madhya Pradesh.
